Once you have completed your integration into our test environment
We can toggle Live connectivity within the test environment for the following services
BankVERIFY+ - Non-credentialed account insights
BankLOGIN+ - Credentialed account insights
BankLOGIN - Account login to obtain BankLOGIN+ data, payment info, or transaction history
In order to create an account in our production environment to access any of our production services, the following must also be complete
Fully Executed Service Agreement
In a meeting with your technical team, we will review the connections that you have made, the data that you have sent to us in the test environment, and discuss your use case to ensure that you are leveraging our products to their fullest extent
Switching Technology to Production
From a technology standpoint, the following is involved in switching to production
Whitelist your IP addresses
Our production API is IP address restricted. You must provide to us a list of public IP addresses that your back-end uses to call our API
Use production credentials (clientId and clientSecret)
Log into our production portal (https://portal.RIBBIT.ai) using the same e-mail/password as the test environment, then click on "API" to see your production credentials.
Remember, there are different credentials for our API and CONNECT.
If you cannot access the production portal, please contact your ValidiFI representative
Testing in Production
It is imperative that you do not send test, filler, or incomplete data to our production endpoints!
To test connectivity to BankVERIFY+ or BankQUALIFY in the production endpoint, make sure you use the test routing number.
TEST ROUTING NUMBER
Any transaction with this routing number will act as a simulated verification, regardless of the environment.
