Provide Basic Customer Information
Use our web portal or API to initiate a new session.
Our verification products require basic personally identifiable information (PII) in order to obtain the best results.
If you do not specify this information when initiating the session, your customer will be prompted for it.
Once a session is created, a unique URL will be created for your customer to access CONNECT.
Sessions have customizable expiration times and limits on how many times they can be used.
We will send the user a customized e-mail or text message with the access link.
You can customize the HTML body of the outbound e-mail, the subject line, and the body content of SMS messages.
If you prefer to send or provide the link yourself, you can use the provided URL and embed it into your own content.

Your customer can complete the CONNECT experience on our hosted webpage using the unique URL, or launched within your environment using the CONNECT Widget
Gather required PII that is not already provided

In addition to the customizations available within CONNECT, you can also customize the language and logos on the CONNECT landing and ending pages.
View the results online
Use our web portal to view the session details. The session details will display details of the session activity, including the results of any verifications or enrollment.
If you would prefer to receive this information through our API, you can subscribe to webhook events for each widget session. For more details, see the CONNECT documentation on event handling.
